The various types villa are spread over the park. You can choose out of a 6-pers. villa (748200), a 5-pers. villa (914499) and a 4-pers. luxurious villa with sauna (441623). All villas are furnished complete and comfortable and have access to a garden with terrace and garden furniture. You can park your car at the villa.Ground floor: 1 hall, 1 livingroom (TV (cable)), 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom (shower, sauna, washbasin), 1 WC.
On 1st floor: 2x bedroom (single bed), 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bathroom (whirlpool, washbasin, toilet), 1 Landing.
General: heating (central).
Specifics
Groups of young people will not be automatically allowed entrance. If on arrival no one is over the age of 21, entrance may be refused. Groups of young people should always been accompanied by an elderly person over 30 years. Groups of young people are only admitted in consultation with the park. For groups, other then families, an extra deposit of 50 p.p. will be charged.All the parc-facilities are closed for the midweek between 01.11.2010/18.02.2011 (except for 17.12.2010/03.01.2011) and 04.11.2011/17.02.2012 (except 23.12.2011/02.01.2012).

The park has a classically designed central building where you will find all the facilities that make your holiday complete. The villas in Zeeland Village are in a spaciously designed park with water features. The villas vary from very comfortable to super-luxurious. They are detached and have nice spacious gardens.
