Well equipped house in a peaceful location Position: Set in open countryside close to the Vallee de la See and just under three miles to the market town of Sourdeval with its shops, bars, restaurants and tennis courts. Only slightly further to the larger town of Vire for more extensive shopping facilites and golf course. Close to the Forest of Sever for woodland walks and abundant wildlife with the lake of Dathée for sailing nearby. The sandy beaches of the Cotentin and Le Mont St. Michel are also within easy reach. Situated in secluded peaceful countryside surrounded by fields and woodland. Beautiful views of the rolling hills of the Normandy countryside from the terrace. Garden furniture and barbecue on terrace. La Chouette has its own spacious area of open garden and an above ground private pool (5m diameter 01/05-01/09) with sun loungers. For very large parties La Chouette can be booked with La Grange which is just next door.

This cottage has been tastefully renovated with great thought and attention to detail. Hallway with separate wc and hand basin off which is the spacious open plan kitchen/living area. Well equipped kitchen area with five ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, large American fridge/freezer with ice-making unit, kettle and toaster. Patio doors to terrace from dining area with table and chairs. Living area with two sofas, sat. TV (English channels), video, DVD, radio and Hi-Fi. Upstairs to three bedrooms, a double with en suite shower with hydro massage jets and built-in radio, wc and wash basin and two twins which share a bathroom (with shower attachment) with wc and wash basin. Central heating. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally. Electricity included up to 40kw per week.
