A luxury villa with sauna and a bedroom on the ground floor. It is in a holiday park just cycling distance from the beach.

Various types of villa are spread around the holiday park. You can choose from a variety of 4, 5, 6 and 7 person villas. They are all comfortably furnished and each has a garden with terrace and garden furniture. Some types of villa are equipped with a private sauna. This type of villa has one bedroom on the ground floor. You can park your car by the villa.

Ground floor: 1 hall, 1 livingroom (TV (cable)), 1 open plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 x single bed), 1 bathroom (shower, sauna, washbasin), 1 WC.

On 1st floor: 1 bedroom (2 x single bed), 1 bedroom (single bed), 1 bedroom (single bed), 1 bathroom (over-bath shower, washbasin, toilet).

General: washing machine, heating (central), patio, garden furniture.

Specifics

Groups of young people will not be automatically allowed entrance. If on arrival no one is over the age of 21, entrance may be refused. Groups of young people should always been accompanied by an elderly person over 30 years. Groups of young people are only admitted in consultation with the park. For groups, other then families, an extra deposit of 50 p.p. will be requested.

All the parc-facilities are closed for the midweek between 01.11.2010/18.02.2011 (except for 17.12.2010/03.01.2011) and 04.11.2011/17.02.2012 (except 23.12.2011/02.01.2012).
